ABOUT THE COMPANY
BAAY PROJECTS is a Real Estate, Construction and Design Firm Located in Lagos, with two office branch located in Ikeja and Magodo, Lagos.
ABOUT THE JOB:
We are looking for PART TIME AND EXPERIENCED REAL ESTATE Sales Associates who are ready to partner with us on Target based Salary/ Commission basis.
N.B: OUR SALES ASSOCIATES ARE ONLY REQUIRED TO COME TO WORK TWICE A WEEK.
REQUIREMENT:
- Experienced Real estate Agent/Realtor
- Interested Individuals seeking to have build with a real estate firm while earning salary and commission.
- Entrepreneurship Mindset
- A Solid contact or client base
- Realtors based in Ibadan can also apply.
KEY SKILLS:
- 1-2 years' of sales experience with proven track record of knowledge and understanding of the real estate marke
- Self-motivated and Team building skills
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills Management Skills
COMPENSATION & REWARDS;
- Attractive commission on Land sales: 10-15% (The minimum amount of commission you earn is 300,000
- Attractive commission on building sales;
- 5%Attractive commission on Investment sales:
- 2% Indirect/ Referral commission
- Quarterly and annual performance incentives and Bonuses
- Weekly Trainings and Conferences.
NOTE:
This Job is based on Target Met Salary of 120,000 plus commission.
Because we understand that sales might not come immediately, we have made provision for transportation allowance for the the first 3-4 months in the case of No sales
