Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing real estate company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding our client base, and developing new opportunities to increase market share. The role requires a strategic thinker who is able to identify and create opportunities in the real estate market while maintaining and strengthening existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities
1. Create and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company's goals and growth objectives.
2. Identify and target potential clients, investors, and partners within the real estate industry.
3. Evaluate market trends, industry developments, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
4. Generate new leads through networking, research, and referrals.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, brokers, property management companies, and other key stakeholders.
6. Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns to attract potential clients.
7. Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
8. Conduct client presentations, meetings, and property tours to showcase our offerings.
9. Serve as the main point of contact for key clients and negotiate deals that align with the company's objectives.
10. Establish strategic partnerships with developers, real estate firms, and financial institutions to enhance business opportunities.
11. Achieve revenue and profitability targets by closing sales deals and expanding the company’s market share. 12. Track and report on key performance metrics related to sales, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
13. Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, risks, and new market segments.
14. Prepare and oversee proposals, contracts, and agreements with clients.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the real estate industry.
3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4. Strong understanding of the real estate market, investment trends, and regulatory environment.
5. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
6. Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners.
7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market opportunities and business potential.
8. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
9. Prospective candidates must know how to drive.
