Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Prospect company's product to potential clients by proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes, concerns and suggest appropriate products/services
- Prepare and deliver appropriate and attractive presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Requirements:
- HND/BSc in Business administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Real Estate Sales and Marketing Executive
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, CRM Software is an added advantage
- Good communication skills
