Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, advertising, and referrals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and understanding client needs.
- Property Listing and Marketing: Assist clients in property listings, including conducting property appraisals, setting competitive prices, and marketing the properties.
- Site Visits and Property Tours: Organize and conduct property tours and open houses to showcase properties to potential buyers.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers, ensuring a fair and profitable outcome for all parties.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends, property values, and legislation to provide clients with accurate and informed advice.
- Documentation: Prepare all necessary paperwork, such as contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including property managers, marketing teams, and legal advisors, to provide seamless service to clients.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals as set by the management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market, property management, and relevant legal regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suites
