Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated individual, experienced in the Sale of Property/Land to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads, nurture them through effective follow-ups, and convert these leads into Sales. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the Real Estate industry, and will be driven to exceed revenue targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels including, but not limited to, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Ability to track and manage leads, ensuring a consistent and thorough approach to lead management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for attracting potential customers.
Lead Nurturing and Follow-up:
- Conduct timely and strategic follow-ups via phone calls, emails, and meetings to convert leads into client
- Provide detailed real estate advice and present customized real estate solutions that meet the client's requirements.
- Engage with leads through personalized communication, understanding their needs and preferences.
Sales Conversion and Revenue Growth:
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by closing with new and existing clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Offer upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance the value of bookings and drive additional revenue.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize sales outcomes.
- Take ownership of the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a significant contribution to revenue growth.
Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Keep the client informed of property sales, promotions, and updates relevant to their interests.
- Resolve any client issues or concerns promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
Negotiation:
- Negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory transaction for both parties
- Stay up-to-date with the late real estate trends
- Attend training sessions, webinars, and industry events to continuously improve knowledge and skills i negotiation
- Utilize in-depth product knowledge to educate clients and recommend suitable real estate options.
Networking:
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand client base and promote contracts and agreements.
Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, providing regular updates to management.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing preferably within the Real Estate Industry.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in lead generation, follow-up, and sales conversion.
- Customer-Centric: Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive and consultative approach.
- Product Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of travel destinations, products, and services.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated: Highly driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new situations, challenges, and technologies. MUST be able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Lead Conversion Rate: Percentage of leads converted into sales.
- Revenue Growth: Achieving or exceeding sales revenue targets.
- Customer Satisfaction: Positive feedback and high customer retention rates.
- Upsell/Cross-Sell Success: Additional revenue generated through upselling and cross-selling.
Mainland Location: Ikeja, Ojota, Berger, Agege, Maryland, Ketu environs
Island Location: Ajah, VGC, Lekki, Ikoyi, and Victoria Island environs
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 (Commission of 10%, and other attractive benefits)
