Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Actively seek out and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Maintain a robust CRM system to track and manage leads and client interactions.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs promptly.
- Understand clients' specific requirements and preferences to tailor property recommendations accordingly.
- Proactively communicate with clients throughout the entire sales process, keeping them informed and engaged.
Property Listings and Marketing:
- Prepare comprehensive property listings, including detailed descriptions, high-quality photos, and virtual tours.
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote listed properties, utilizing various channels such as online listings, social media, and print advertising.
- Host property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers.
Sales and Negotiations:
- Conduct property showings and presentations to prospective buyers, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each property.
- Negotiate effectively with buyers and sellers to achieve optimal outcomes for all parties involved.
- Close deals and ensure timely completion of all necessary paperwork and documentation.
Market Analysis and Knowledge:
- Stay updated on market trends, economic indicators, and local real estate regulations.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential opportunities and pricing strategies.
- Analyze property values and market conditions to provide accurate assessments to clients.
Requirements:
- Must have an existing client base and be able to raise income within a short span of 3 weeks
- Must be based in Abuja
- Must have a good command of English language. Hausa and other languages inclusive have an added advantage.
- Must have above 4 years of real estate experience

- Weekly Sales Targets: Consistently achieve weekly sales targets to contribute to the overall team and company goals.
- Client Acquisition: Actively build and maintain a strong client base to ensure a steady flow of business.
