Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads, close sales and lease deals, and provide exceptional customer service
- Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Develop a deep understanding of market trends and client needs.
- Promote the company's real estate projects and services.
- Assist clients in finding their dream homes or ideal investment opportunities.
- Use digital tools effectively to enhance sales processes.
Requirements:
- BSc/HND in Marketing or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of significant post-NYSC work experience in sales.
- Proven ability to close Real estate sales or lease deals.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, market research, and digital tools.
- Excellent command of English, with strong writing skills.
- Confident presentation skills: not camera-shy.
- Knowledge of Lagos (especially the Island) and local market trends.
- Must know how to drive and possess a valid driver’s license.
