Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales person at Brit Properties Nigeria Ltd. The Sales person will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, such as prospecting potential clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, recruiting of 15 team member and closing sales deals. The Sales person will also be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or a related field
- BSc / HND
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- 1 or 2 years sales experience
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the real estate industry
- Familiarity with the local property market in Lekki
- Self-motivated and driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
