Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties across residential and commercial sectors
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and other related matters
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Market properties through various channels, including online listings, social media, and networking
- Negotiate and close deals effectively, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction for all parties involved
- Stay up-to-date on local market trends, property values, and legal regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a real estate agent or in a similar sales role (preferred but not required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
