Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Sales and Client Relationships:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and attract new clients through various online/offline marketing strategies, networking events, and referrals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' goals, preferences, and requirements.


Property Sales and Marketing:

  • Property Listings: List and market properties for sale or rent, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Property Showings: Conduct property showings, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers.


Transaction Management:

  • Offer and Negotiation: Negotiate offers and counteroffers, ensuring clients' interests are represented.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Transaction Coordination: Coordinate with other stakeholders, including lenders, attorneys, and inspectors, to facilitate smooth transactions.


Market Research and Analysis:

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about market trends, prices, and conditions.
  • Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors' strategies, strengths, and weaknesses.
  • Market Insights: Provide market insights and recommendations to clients and management.


Administrative Tasks:

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and market data.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.


Requirements:

  • HND/Bachelor's degree in Real estate , business, marketing or related field
  • Certifications: Professional certifications, Such as Realtor or Certified Residential Specialist.
  • Prior experience in real estate sales, marketing or a related field
  • Basic marketing skills to promote properties and attract potential buyers.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Computer Literate
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
