Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and warmth.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and inviting.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments while maintaining an organized calendar.
  • Assist clients with inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization.
  • Handle administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document organization.
  • Utilize social media platforms, including WhatsApp, for customer engagement and communication.
  • Ensure punctuality and a strong work ethic in daily responsibilities.
  • Monitor and coordinate access for deliveries, couriers, and visitors.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer relations or as a receptionist.
  • Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and WhatsApp for communication.
  • Preference for female candidates (as per organizational needs).
  • Reside on the Island or have reliable and easy access to the Island.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Punctual and dependable with a commitment to professionalism.
