Job Summary

We are seeking a warm, professional, and organized Spa Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing a welcoming environment, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for wellness, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
  • Manage the reception phone lines by answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls.
  • Provide accurate information to callers or take messages as needed.
  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Ensure that the reception area is well-organized and equipped for meetings.
  • Respond to general inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email.
  • Provide basic information about the company’s products, services, or processes.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Ensure outgoing mail is sent promptly and efficiently.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Assist various departments with clerical support when required.
  • Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and well-organized to maintain a welcoming environment.
  • Ensure all necessary office supplies are stocked and replenished.
  • Monitor and manage visitor logs and issue visitor passes when necessary.
  • Adhere to company security protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:
  • B.sc/HND in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role, preferably in a spa, wellness, or hospitality setting.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

  • A genuine desire to provide exceptional service and create a positive experience for every client.

  •  An interest in wellness, health, and beauty, with a desire to help clients achieve their wellness goals.
