We are looking to hire a Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, responsible for managing the front desk, handling administrative duties, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Handle inquiries from clients and provide accurate information.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security procedures.
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth office operations.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, meeting room bookings, and other clerical duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of SSCE
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
