Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer incoming calls, direct them to appropriate departments, and take messages where necessary.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Respond to inquiries in person, via phone, or email in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings as needed.
  • Provide basic information about the company’s services or direct specific queries to the right team members.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper access control for guests.
  • Perform basic clerical and administrative duties including data entry, photocopying, and filing.
  • Support other departments as needed and perform additional tasks assigned by management


Requirements:

  • Candidate must reside around kuola area, Akala Express.
  • Candidate must be willing to learn and willing to work.
  • Candidate should be friendly, approachable, and fluent in English and Yoruba.
  • Candidate able innovative and able to use initiative while at work.
