Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls, direct them to appropriate departments, and take messages where necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Respond to inquiries in person, via phone, or email in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings as needed.
- Provide basic information about the company’s services or direct specific queries to the right team members.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper access control for guests.
- Perform basic clerical and administrative duties including data entry, photocopying, and filing.
- Support other departments as needed and perform additional tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
- Candidate must reside around kuola area, Akala Express.
- Candidate must be willing to learn and willing to work.
- Candidate should be friendly, approachable, and fluent in English and Yoruba.
- Candidate able innovative and able to use initiative while at work.
