Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

  • Minimum Qualification : High School (S.S.C.E)
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff warmly and professionally.
  • Communication Handling: Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate personnel. Take accurate messages and relay them promptly.
  • Visitor Coordination: Manage visitor check-in and check-out processes, issue visitor badges, and ensure all guests sign in and out.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, and meeting room reservations, and ensure calendars are up to date.
  • Mail and Deliveries: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries in an organized and timely manner.
  • Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary supplies like brochures, magazines, or visitor information.
  • Customer Service: Provide general information to clients, answer inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments.


Requirements:

  • 1 year experience
  • Minimum of SSCE
