Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional attitude.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls effectively.
- Manage correspondence, including emails and physical mail.
- Schedule and organize appointments, meetings, and events.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement as needed.
- Handle filing and record-keeping with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Operate office equipment such as printers and copiers efficiently.
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other office documentation.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Provide administrative support to team members as required.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/B.SC, in any related discipline
- Additional certification in Office Management is a plus
- Proven 3-5 years of working experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. Printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization skills
