Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and organized Secretary/Receptionist to manage front-office operations, provide exceptional administrative support, and create a welcoming environment for all visitors and clients. This role demands excellent communication skills, proficiency in office tools, and a polished demeanor.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a professional attitude.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls effectively.
  • Manage correspondence, including emails and physical mail.
  • Schedule and organize appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement as needed.
  • Handle filing and record-keeping with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Operate office equipment such as printers and copiers efficiently.
  • Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other office documentation.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Provide administrative support to team members as required.


Requirements:

  • OND/HND/B.SC, in any related discipline
  • Additional certification in Office Management is a plus
  • Proven 3-5 years of working experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. Printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Female only
