A Recovery Officer is responsible for recovering overdue payment from clients. The role requires a mix of communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to effectively recover debts while maintaining positive relationships with customers.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Collate a list of clients/customers and debtors owing the bank.
- Contact/visit defaulting clients to remind them of their repayment or commitment.
- Recover loans that are on loss from customers that are fraudulent or reluctant to remit back to the bank.
- Make a weekly report of recovery outings, plans, and pursuits.
- Liaise with HOD on special occasions on ways to recover funds and give out loans to small and large businesses.
- Use the spy police approach and experience gained through the spy police exercise to aid defaulters in making payments.
Requirements:
- 1 year experience
- HND in a related field
