Job Description/Requirements
- Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies to attract and retain top talent for our clients.
- Manage and optimize recruitment marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, job boards, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain a strong employer brand.
- Create and manage content for recruitment marketing campaigns, including job descriptions, videos, and blog posts.
- Analyze recruitment marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with recruitment marketing trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years work experience
