Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Recruitment Specialist at GrowthFn. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for tasks such as hiring, interviewing, communication, recruiting, and training to identify and onboard the best talent for our clients.

- Training skills
- Experience in sourcing and selecting candidates
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
