Job Summary
The Regional Dubbing/Descriptive Audio Manager is responsible for building and leading a regional team of dubbing and audio description professionals. This team will work to secure voice dubbing actors and actresses across diverse languages, beyond the original language of Shire’s content. The role spans various media types, including cinematic works, music, anime, animation, sports, and Shire Lens projects. The goal is to ensure high-quality multilingual voice dubbing and audio descriptions that enhance Shire’s content accessibility and appeal globally.

Job Description/Requirements
- Assemble a team to secure voice dubbing actors for various languages (other than the original language of the project).
- Oversee dubbing for Shire's cinematic, musical, anime, and other projects.
Represent one of the following regions:
- South Asia, Asia Pacific, East Asia, Southeast Asia, Western Asia, Oceania
- Gulf Cooperation Council, Turtle Island Beyond North (Canada, Mexico, USA, including Alaska and Greenland)
- Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, Northern Africa, Southern Africa, Middle Africa
- Turtle Island Beyond South (South America), Turtle Island Beyond Central (Central America)
- Middle East, Central Asia, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Central Europe, Southern Europe, Northern Europe
- Transcaucasia, Western Africa, Europe
- $200,000 USD annually (Non-commission).
- Compensation is heavily commission-based.
- $100 million USD cumulative revenue is required before receiving non-commission compensation.
- Regular Sunday meetings at 8 AM Los Angeles time on a free calling app are mandatory.
