Job Summary
The Regional Dubbing/Descriptive Audio member is responsible for recruiting voice dubbing actors and actresses in multiple languages, expanding beyond the original language of Shire’s content. This role supports Shire’s diverse projects, including cinematic productions, music, anime, animation, sports, and Shire Lens initiatives, by enhancing multilingual accessibility for global audiences. The specialist ensures that voice dubbing and audio descriptions meet quality standards and resonate with regional viewers.

Job Description/Requirements
- Gain voice dubbing actors for various languages for Shire's projects.
- Work under the Regional Dubbing Manager to complete dubbing tasks.
Represent one of the following regions:
- South Asia, Asia Pacific, East Asia, Southeast Asia, Western Asia, Oceania
- Gulf Cooperation Council, Turtle Island Beyond North (Canada, Mexico, USA, including Alaska and Greenland)
- Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, Northern Africa, Southern Africa, Middle Africa
- Turtle Island Beyond South (South America), Turtle Island Beyond Central (Central America)
- Middle East, Central Asia, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Central Europe, Southern Europe, Northern Europe
- Transcaucasia, Western Africa, Europe
- $100,000 USD annually (non-commission).
- Compensation is heavily commission-based.
- $100 million USD cumulative revenue is required before receiving non-commission compensation.
- Regular Sunday meetings at 8 AM Los Angeles time on a free calling app are mandatory.
