Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Regional Sales Supervisor to oversee and drive the performance of our street sales team across various neighborhoods in Lagos. This role requires an experienced individual with a solid understanding of field sales operations, team management, and a customer-focused approach. The ideal candidate will have the skills to coordinate a team of salespersons, ensure targets are met, and contribute to our growth in the Lagos region.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Supervise a team of 10-15 salespersons operating in a designated region within Lagos. Provide training, guidance, and support to maximize their performance and achieve daily sales targets.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze daily sales data, ensure all team members meet their sales targets, and report on regional performance to the Sales Manager.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Implement the neighborhood-based sales plan, identify key hotspots for street sales, and optimize daily routes and schedules for the sales team to maximize reach and product visibility.
- Inventory Management: Manage daily product allocations, ensure accurate stock distribution to each salesperson, and conduct end-of-day stock reconciliation.
- Customer Feedback Collection: Engage with customers and gather valuable feedback on products to provide insights to the sales and marketing team for product improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, and communicate performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities to the Sales Manager.
- Team Motivation & Incentives: Monitor team morale and provide motivation to maintain high energy levels. Implement incentive programs to reward top-performing salespersons.
- Problem-Solving: Address on-ground challenges faced by salespersons, such as location access, customer complaints, and inventory shortages, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in field sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, ideally within FMCG, retail, or street sales environments.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Lagos neighborhoods and an understanding of street-level sales dynamics.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills. Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, schedules, and reporting.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Proactive in addressing on-the-ground challenges and implementing solutions for smooth operations.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drives performance in a field sales environment.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required to meet sales objectives.
