Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Event Booking: Book and manage regional events, ensuring high participation.
  • Traffic Generation: Increase website and social media traffic to boost global awareness.
  • Revenue Generation: Develop strategies to generate revenue from online platforms and business plans.
  • Team Management: Hire and lead a team of 10 regional members, assigning projects for smooth operations.
  • Sales and Partnerships: Secure financial partners to drive company growth.
  • Commission-Based Compensation: Earn 15% commission for event bookings and 10% for revenue from websites, social media, and business plans.
  • Performance Milestone: Receive a salary of $200,000 annually when the team collectively generates $100 million in revenue, plus continued commissions.
  • Collaboration: Attend mandatory weekly meetings every Sunday at 8 AM (Los Angeles time) via a free calling app.
  • Regional Representation:  Managers are assigned to regions like Africa, Asia, North and South America, Europe, and more. Applicants must select a region to represent.


Compensation:

  • 15% for tour bookings, and 10% for revenue from online platforms.
  • $200,000 annual compensation upon meeting the $100 million revenue milestone.
