Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Execution:
- Collaborate with the Regional Marketing Manager to implement regional marketing strategies aligned with the company’s overall business goals.
- Develop creative campaigns to promote our events, social media presence, and business plans, focusing on generating exposure and traffic to our websites.
- Identify and implement innovative revenue-generation opportunities within your assigned region, including partnerships, sponsorships, and other creative financial ventures.
Drive Financial Partner Signings:
- Focus on signing financial partners to the company’s projects. You will be responsible for generating your own leads and maintaining communication with potential partners
- Work with the team to secure financial commitments that contribute to the team’s goal of generating $100 million in revenue.
Commission-Based Compensation:
- You will be compensated through a 7% commission for each financial partner you successfully sign.
- Upon the collective team’s achievement of generating $100 million, you will receive an annual compensation of $100,000, in addition to the ongoing 7% commission.
Innovative Revenue Creation:
- You are expected to explore and implement new and innovative revenue streams for the company.
- Your ability to think outside the box and create daring marketing and business strategies will be critical to your success in this role.
Global Marketing and Outreach:
- Focus on building global awareness of our company’s mission, values, and business projects within your specific region.
- Leverage both online and offline channels to increase exposure and awareness of our brand.
- Actively engage in networking and outreach efforts to attract new financial partners, sponsors, and collaborators.
Weekly Team Meetings:
- You must be available for weekly Sunday meetings at 8 AM Los Angeles time via a free calling app.
- Regular attendance and participation are required to stay updated on the team’s progress and contribute to collective goals.
Compensation:
- Commission-Based: You will earn a 7% commission on every financial partner you sign.
- Yearly Compensation: Once your team collectively generates $100 million, you will receive $100,000 annual compensation.
- Your success is driven by your ability to bring in financial partners, create additional revenue streams, and contribute to the team’s overarching goals.
