Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Content Development: Lead the development and implementation of content that aligns with the national curriculum, ensuring high-quality educational resources for primary education.
- Process Management: Oversee the content creation process, including ideation, writing, editing, and uploading. Ensure that all content is accurate, engaging, and aligns with educational standards.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of educational content, identifying areas for improvement to enhance student outcomes and engagement.
- Team Supervision: Manage and supervise the Regional Officers and ensure that all team members are aligned with company goals and performance standards.
- Project Management: Manage the content calendar, ensuring all content is uploaded on schedule. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless content operations.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of content development for primary education, with a focus on pedagogy.
- Excellent writing and editing skills to ensure high-quality content creation.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in managing academic and regional teams to deliver educational content that meets organizational goals.
