Job Summary

As a Regional Sales Advocate Manager, your primary responsibility is to drive business development by signing Individual Financial Partners for projects led by the Shire and its Executive Board Members. This is a commission-based role, offering the opportunity to build and lead a team of 10 Regional Sales Advocate Members while earning substantial commissions and non-commission compensation based on team performance.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and sign Financial Partners for projects outlined in the Shire Business Plan.
  • Build and manage a team of 10 Regional Sales Advocate Members, delegating projects and supporting their efforts.
  • Earn a 10% commission on each financial partner you sign.
  • Earn a 3% commission from the deals closed by your team members.
  • Receive USD 200,000 in non-commission compensation for the calendar year once your team cumulatively signs Financial Partners totaling USD 100 million, while continuing to earn commission.


Represent one of the following regions:

  • South Asia, Asia Pacific, East Asia, Southeast Asia, Western Asia
  • Oceania, Gulf Cooperation Council, Turtle Island (Canada, U.S., Mexico)
  • Africa, Middle East, Central Asia, Europe, South America


Requirements:

  • Strong sales and business development skills.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and deal closing.
  • Leadership ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • In-depth understanding of the assigned region and market.
  • Availability to attend weekly Sunday meetings at 8 AM Los Angeles time via a free calling app.


Location: Global  (Select one of the listed regions)


Compensation: This is a commission-based role with high earning potential. Non-commission compensation of  USD 200,000 is awarded after your team cumulatively signs Financial Partners for USD 100 million.
