The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing and leading sales activities within the designated region to ensure that sales targets are achieved. This position requires developing and executing regional sales strategies, managing sales teams, developing new customers and maintaining existing customer relationships to drive regional busine

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets set by the company.
  • Identify market opportunities within the region and develop new sales channels and customers.
  • Establish and maintain long-term business relationships with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze regional market data and sales trends and report performance to company executives on a regular basis.
  • Supervise the daily work of the sales team, provide guidance and support, and ensure that team goals are achieved.
  • Coordinate marketing activities within the region to ensure brand exposure in the local market.
  • Manage regional sales budgets and control sales costs and expenses.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related majors.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, at least 2 years of regional sales management experience.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Able to adapt to frequent business trips and work under pressure.
  • Familiar with sales performance analysis and market research tools.
