Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets set by the company.
- Identify market opportunities within the region and develop new sales channels and customers.
- Establish and maintain long-term business relationships with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze regional market data and sales trends and report performance to company executives on a regular basis.
- Supervise the daily work of the sales team, provide guidance and support, and ensure that team goals are achieved.
- Coordinate marketing activities within the region to ensure brand exposure in the local market.
- Manage regional sales budgets and control sales costs and expenses.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related majors.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, at least 2 years of regional sales management experience.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Able to adapt to frequent business trips and work under pressure.
- Familiar with sales performance analysis and market research tools.
