Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performance sales and marketing team.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Use market insights to adapt sales strategies and stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product positioning and brand presence.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
  • Achieve sales targets through effective planning, organization, and execution of sales strategies. 
  • Tailor communication styles to different audiences and establish rapport with diverse customer profiles.
  • Effectively communicate with both internal teams and external clients to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Close sales transactions by addressing customer concerns, overcoming objections, and highlighting the value of the product or service.
  • Demonstrate resilience in the face of rejections and setbacks, maintaining a positive and persistent attitude toward achieving sales goals.



Requirements:

  • HND in any filed
  • 5 years experience as a salesperson
