Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Managers to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Regional Sales Manager is to sign financial partners to the individual projects outlined in our business plan. You will have the opportunity to hire and manage a team of up to 10 Regional Sales Members, delegate projects, and support them in their efforts to sign financial partners.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, and lead a team of up to 10 Regional Sales Members.
- Delegate and oversee projects assigned to your team members.
- Actively generate your own leads to secure financial partners.
- Sign financial partners to Shire's projects, as detailed in the business plan.
- Earn a 3% commission on all financial partner signings made by your team members
- Receive a 10% commission on financial partners you personally sign to Shire.
- Once your team collectively secures financial partners for projects worth $100 million, you will earn non-commission compensation of $200,000 in addition to ongoing commissions.
- Attend mandatory weekly meetings every Sunday at 8 AM Los Angeles time via a free calling app
Represent one of the following regions:
- South Asia, Asia Pacific, East Asia, Southeast Asia, Western Asia, Oceania
- Gulf Cooperation Council, Turtle Island Beyond North (Canada, Mexico, USA, including Alaska and Greenland)
- Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, Northern Africa, Southern Africa, Middle Africa
- Turtle Island Beyond South (South America), Turtle Island Beyond Central (Central America)
- Middle East, Central Asia, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Central Europe, Southern Europe, Northern Europe
- Transcaucasia, Western Africa, Europe
Compensation Structure:
- Commission-based role with 10% commission for financial partners you sign
- Earn 3% commission on financial partners signed by your team members.
- Once your team secures $100 million USD in total financial partner commitments, you receive $200,000 USD non-commission compensation.
