Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to your specific region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners within your region.
- Lead and manage a high-performing regional sales team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regional goals are met.
- Analyze regional sales performance metrics and report to senior management.
- Identify new business opportunities within your region.
- Negotiate and close complex deals with regional clients.
- Effectively manage and execute Yonko's social media presence and digital marketing campaigns within your region.
- Participate in community events and represent Yonko in regional forums.
- Expect 50% travel within your region, with the flexibility of relocation based on business needs.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in sales leadership.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficient in industry-related software and sales analytics tools.
- Familiarity with the regional market and cultural nuances is a plus.
