Job Summary

Letid Global Ltd is seeking a results-driven Sales/Marketing Manager to lead and expand our liquor/FMCG business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong relationships with clients, and executing strategic plans to enhance market penetration and brand awareness.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key clients.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
  • Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand distribution channels. Manage pricing, contracts, and negotiations with clients to optimize profitability.
  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend strategies for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, and marketing management, preferably in liquor distribution or FMCG.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the liquor industry, regulations, and market trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel as required.
