Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key clients.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
- Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand distribution channels. Manage pricing, contracts, and negotiations with clients to optimize profitability.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend strategies for improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, and marketing management, preferably in liquor distribution or FMCG.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the liquor industry, regulations, and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as required.
