Job Summary

As a Regional Sales Member, your key responsibility will be to sign Financial Partners for individual projects specified in our business plan. You will be assigned specific projects by your Regional Sales Manager and tasked with securing partnerships to help propel the business forward. A 7% commission will be earned for each successful signing of a Financial Partner. This is a fully remote position.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Secure Financial Partners for designated projects from our business plan, as assigned by your Regional Sales Manager.
  • Actively generate leads for potential Financial Partners.
  • Attend mandatory weekly meetings held every Sunday at 8 AM Los Angeles time via a free calling app.


Represent one of the following regions:  

  • South Asia, Asia Pacific, East Asia, Southeast Asia, Western Asia, Oceania 
  • Gulf Cooperation Council, Turtle Island Beyond North (Canada, Mexico, USA, including Alaska and Greenland) 
  • Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, Northern Africa, Southern Africa, Middle Africa 
  • Turtle Island Beyond South (South America), Turtle Island Beyond Central (Central America) 
  • Middle East, Central Asia, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Central Europe, Southern Europe, Northern Europe 
  • Transcaucasia, Western Africa, Europe  


Compensation:

  • You will receive non-commission compensation of USD 100,000  once your team collectively signs Financial Partners totaling USD 100 million within the Shire calendar year. Commissions will continue to be earned alongside this compensation.
