Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patients’ health conditions and report changes to the medical team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Perform routine diagnostic tests and accurately document patient information.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with doctors, healthcare professionals, and support staff to provide coordinated care.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Handle emergencies promptly and effectively.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of patient histories, treatment plans, and progress.
- Participate in staff training and development programs as required.
Requirements
- A degree in Nursing and current Registered Nurse (RN) certification.
- Proven experience in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of medical equipment and nursing techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
