Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately to inform care plans.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, including assessment, treatment, and continuous follow-up.
• Educate patients and their families on managing chronic health conditions and preventive care practices.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality
• Provide emotional support and counselling to patients and families, helping them navigate complex health decision
• Other responsibilities may be assigned by the organisation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a related field.
• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practicing license in Nigeria
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in chronic care or related settings
• Proficiency in documentation and electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

Additional Skills:

• Expertise in diagnosing and managing work-related illnesses and injuries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees and management effectively
• Proficiency in risk assessment and mitigation strategies
• Knowledge of Nigerian Labor Law concerning occupational health and safety
• Ability to design and implement workplace wellness and health programs
• Familiarity with Electronic medical records (EMR) and occupational health software
• Awareness of workplace ergonomics and environmental health concerns
• Familiarity with health and safety management systems and frameworks.
• Adaptability to diverse patient needs and healthcare environment
