Registered Nurse

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
• Monitor patients' conditions, promptly reporting changes to physicians.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management, prevention, and recovery.
• Participate in ward rounds, conferences, and ongoing training sessions.
• Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
• Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff and support personnel.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BNSc) or a Registered Nurse (RN) diploma.
• Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
• Possession of a valid practicing license.
• 1-2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Skills:

Working Conditions:
