Title: Relationship Manager AA
Location: Lagos & Abuja

Responsibilities:
-Develop and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and achieve revenue targets.
-Provide expert advice and solutions tailored to clients’ financial goals and needs.
-Conduct regular meetings and reviews with clients to assess their needs and address any concerns.
-Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
-Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
Qualifications and Experience
-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
-5 years of experience in relationship management in investment/asset management industry
-Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
-Strong understanding of financial products, services, and market trends.
