Job Summary
We are looking to hire a Relationship & Account Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our clients by nurturing strong relationships with CEOs, partners, and employees of property and facility management businesses and other stakeholders. You will oversee the onboarding process, ensuring that clients are fully set up, engaged, and maximizing value.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring clients are fully onboarded and able to utilize all features of the GoodTenants software.
- Client Relationship Building: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and they derive maximum value from the platform.
- Training & Support: Conduct product tours, demos, and training sessions to assist clients in understanding how to use the software and achieve their property management goals.
- Collaboration with Account Associates: Oversee the work of Account Associates, who will handle the data cleanup and groundwork necessary to set up accounts, allowing you to focus on client strategy and relationship management.
- Customer Success Strategy: Develop strategies to improve product adoption, increase client retention, and resolve issues efficiently. Ensure that clients have a seamless experience with the GoodTenants platform.
- Feedback & Improvements: Gather and relay client feedback to internal teams, ensuring that client needs are reflected in product development.
- Reporting & Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including client onboarding rates, customer satisfaction, and adoption metrics, and report these to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, customer success, or relationship management, preferably in a SAAS, Banking, Wealth Management, or Property Management setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and balance competing priorities effectively.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on client success.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, tech, and customer support.
