Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Growing loan portfolio and mobilization of deposit liability in the Bank.
- Maintaining a continuous relationship with both prospects and existing deposit and loan clients.
- Evaluation of loan applications from customers and processing same for management approval.
- Drive the achievement of monthly caseload and disbursement targets broken down to daily/weekly/monthly.
- Review all loan applications and documentation for accuracy and completeness before sending to the credit committee for final approval.
- Monitoring post-loan disbursement and ensuring loan repayment by customers.
- Ensure full compliance with the Bank's foreclosure policy.
- Ensure prompt recovery on all loans in arrears ensuring the set limit is not exceeded.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience
- Minimum of OND
