Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and results-driven Recovery Officer to manage and recover outstanding/past due loans, ensuring minimal loss to the organization.
Responsibilities
Tracking of all customers’ accounts to identify outstanding or past due loans
Strategize on course of action to recover due and unpaid loans
Locate and contact debtors with a view to ensuring prompt payment of loans.
Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
Handling of all loan recovery related questions or complaints
Qualifications:
Minimum BSc / HND.
2-3 years of experience.
Salary
N120,000 - N130,000 / Month.
