Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers through phone, social media, and email to promote company products.
- Set and execute personal sales goals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain existing customers, provide high-quality after-sales support, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collect customer needs, and competitor information, and provide market analysis reports to the company.
- Work with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth processing and delivery of orders.
- Publish products on e-commerce platforms, social media, and other channels to increase sales.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience, sales experience preferred.
- Good communication skills, good at telephone sales, social media marketing, and online sales.
- Have basic CRM system operation experience.
- Have sales negotiation skills and goal-oriented thinking, and can complete sales tasks independently.
- Fluent in English, can communicate efficiently with international customers.
