Looking for a Backend (NodeJS) core team hire.

Somebody who feels a calling towards building something great.

Somebody who believes that they are an A - player

Somebody who wants to build great products that millions of users will love - rather than designing corporate dashboards

Experience is a plus, but not key - At Stroll, I believe the most important thing is rate of growth, rather than current technical capability.

Role: Senior Node.js Developer - Full Time

Salary Range: $1000-2500 SGD

Seniority - Mid / Senior - Open Seniority ; Based on Interview fundamental skillsets

Current Salary is ok - not the best.

However the mission statement is to become a $bn dollars company within the next 5 years.

If things go well I expect your compensation to x5-10 minimum accordingly as a "founding team member"

Backend structure is already sound - looking for another Mid/Senior for refactoring / preparing for launch.

Usually I'd suggest the candidate to just download the app to check it out - but the public build is currently unavailable due to a current design / code refactoring sprint post beta test

Responsibilities:

• Understand Product & Build, Create a great, fast, scalable backend.

Key Skillsets Required:

• Working experience of Nodejs ( +Typescript).
• Experience with both relational (RDS) and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Proven experience building scalable backend solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Good knowledge of AWS building scalable solutions.
• Applicant must be able to be extremely fluent in English**
