About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging topics, and advancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research integrates smoothly into broader projects.
• Assist in developing new research methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Support senior researchers and project managers with ad-hoc research tasks as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, public policy, business, political science, or a related social science field.
• Proven experience conducting independent research, data analysis, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical abilities with expertise in interpreting complex data.
• Proficiency in research tools, methodologies, and software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python, Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Published research or demonstrated thought leadership in relevant fields.
• Experience working within interdisciplinary teams.
