Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property.
- Supervise maintenance and repairs to keep the property in good condition.
- Address any issues or emergencies that arise in the residence.
- Promote vacant units and handle check-ins.
- Work with marketing teams for vacant Apartment
- Supervise and coordinate the work of on-site staff, such as cleaners and maintenance worker
Requirements:
