Job Summary
We are looking for a thorough Maintenance Technician to undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of premises. You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as painting, HVAC installations, plumbing, electrical etc.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of all electrical installation, accessories and equipment on all facilities.
- Ensure 100% availability of water and maintenance of all plumbing-related machinery in the building.
- Carry out corrective/preventive maintenance of HVAC-related equipment.
- Support in the operation of the generator daily, particularly when there is power interruption and ATS is not active.
- Provide necessary support to identify and resolve minor woodwork-related cases like cylinder replacement etc.
- Support painting and brickwork minor maintenance issues that may result during installation and repair activities.
- Pool maintenance including filtering, backwashing and other related pool management activities.
- Support the Facility manager to generate necessary checklist as may be assigned on a daily basis.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience
- Diploma in a related field
