Restaurant Cashiers

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter the restaurant and provide a warm and friendly welcome.
• Accurately process customer orders and handle cash transactions using the POS system.
• Ensure all transactions are recorded correctly and provide customers with receipts.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
• Assist with answering customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Balance the cash register at the end of each shift and prepare daily sales reports.
• Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must reside in or around the Lekki-Ajah area.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
