Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of both restaurant and lounge areas
- Ensure seamless transition between dining and evening entertainment
- Coordinate special events, live performances, and DJ nights
- Maintain appropriate ambiance throughout different service periods
- Manage venue capacity and seating arrangements
- Oversee security operations and guest safety
- Coordinate with entertainment providers and performers
- Maintain all necessary permits and licenses
- Ensure excellence in food and beverage service across all areas
- Manage premium spirits and cocktail programs
- Oversee wine list and beverage menu development
- Monitor food quality and presentation standards
- Coordinate with Executive Chef on menu development
- Manage inventory for both restaurant and bar operations
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Recruit, train, and manage staff across all positions Servers, bartenders, hosts/hostesses, Security personnel, Entertainment staff, Kitchen staff
- Create staff schedules for both restaurant and lounge operations
- Conduct regular staff training on service standards
- Manage performance and provide ongoing feedback
- Foster a professional and collaborative work environment
- Handle staff conflicts and disciplinary issues
- Ensure proper grooming and uniform standards
- Maintain premium service standards across all operations
- Handle VIP guest arrangements and special requests
- Manage guest lists and reservations

Requirements:
- 3+ years of hospitality management experience
- Experience in both restaurant and lounge/bar management
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Valid food safety and alcohol service certifications
- Experience with POS and booking systems
- Proven track record in premium venue management
- Strong financial acumen and business understanding
