Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.

Customer Service:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and effectively.

Financial Management:

• Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability.
• Monitor sales, prepare financial reports, and implement cost-saving measures.

Marketing and Promotion:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Plan and oversee promotional events and special offers.

Requirements:

• HND/B.Sc in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus
• 1 year of proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse team and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to drive sales via social media platforms
• Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
  
• Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
  
• Acute financial management skills
