Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
Customer Service:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and effectively.
Financial Management:
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability.
- Monitor sales, prepare financial reports, and implement cost-saving measures.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Plan and oversee promotional events and special offers.
Requirements:
- HND/B.Sc in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus
- 1 year of proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse team and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to drive sales via social media platforms
- Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
- Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
- Acute financial management skills
