Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee our operations at a busy restaurant located at the Abuja Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the hospitality industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of chefs, servers, and other staff members.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely reordering of supplies.
- Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Manage financial aspects, including budgets, revenue tracking, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with airport policies and safety regulations.
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract customers and increase foot traffic.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proximity to the airport (must reside around Lugbe Airport Road).
- Experience managing a high-volume restaurant is an added advantage.
Salary: 250,000 Naira
