Restaurant Manager

Bukka Hut is a fast-growing organization with over 16 outlets across Lagos, known for our commitment to exceptional customer service, homemade delicious meals, and our dedication to fostering staff growth and development. As part of our expansion, we will be opening new outlets in Ibadan (Akobo and Akala).

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Restaurant Manager to lead our team in Ibadan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service

• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service

• Manage inventory, budgets, and ensure cost-effective practices

• Uphold high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety

• Drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction through innovative initiatives

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Key Qualifications:

• 2-3 years Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager 

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment

• Solid understanding of restaurant operations and inventory management.

• Passion for customer service and excellence
