Job Summary
The Supervisor will be responsible for keeping records of all inventory. He/she will monitor stock and place reorder requests as needed, crosscheck all purchases and record them immediately. The Supervisor will liaise with suppliers to ensure all requested items are supplied as at when due. Candidates in Kado and environs are preferred.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems.
- Records purchases, maintains the database, performs a physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
- Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves.
- Submit weekly requisition and ensure all items are purchased as of when due.
- Submit a daily inventory report from all departments.
- Submit vendor invoices for payment.
- Process Statement of Account for all purchased items.
- Processes and documents returns (refunds) as required following established procedures.
- Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting customers.
- May serve as a cashier and handle cash and cash-related payments.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of working experience
- HND/BSc. in a relevant course of study
